Job SummaryServe as a SIGINT (SI) and Electronic Warfare (EW) Technical Lead instructor to teach, develop, maintain, and update SIGINT training materials and content to meet customer training requirements located in San Diego, California. will instruct on special operations si/ew procedures to include survey, collection, dissemination, and precision geo-location. Role and Responsibilities
  • Ability to instruct processes on targeting networks, individuals within networks, precision-geolocation operations, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
  • Possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively instructing SIGINT processes and providing walk though guidance of tools and applications.
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support training and product development.
  • Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
  • Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Will manage a small 2-4 person team
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or minimum of three (3) years of SOF operational leadership experience.
  • Four (4) or more years SOF SIGINT experience or four (4) or more geo-location, electronic warfare, and related communications experience with a Special Mission Unit (SMU).
  • Two (2) or more years of industry experience designing, developing, and delivering a variety of related specialized training to Special Operations customers.
Preferred Qualifications and Education
  • Former SOF EW Operator at the ECH IV or equivalent
  • Has ECH III or higher experience
  • Teaching experience
  • Master Training Specialist
  • Maritime analytical experience preferably supporting SOF missions.
  • MODE 1 and 3 Operator Certified
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
  • Possess in-scope TS/SCI Security Clearance Eligibility
  • Must be a US Citizen
