Position Summary 
Reporting to the Principal Investigator, this postdoctoral fellowship at Fordham 
University’s CoDE Lab focuses on researching math development and numerical 
cognition under the NSF-funded project “Pathways to Conceptual Knowledge of 
Decimals.” 
 
Essential Functions 
∙  Conducts research in math development and numerical cognition. 
∙  Manages all aspects of the research process, ensuring adherence to 
   project timelines and goals.
∙  Disseminates research findings through academic writing, including 
   publications and presentations.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience 
∙  PhD in psychology, education, or related field 
 
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills 
∙  Proficiency in statistical analysis 
∙  Strong academic writing skills and research productivity 
∙  Excellent project and data management abilities 
∙  Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
∙  Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to 
   the goals of Jesuit Education. 
 
Minimum Starting Salary: $62,400 
 
Maximum Starting Salary: $65,000 
 
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
