Petco is a category-defining health and wellness company focused on improving the lives of pets, pet parents and Petco partners. We are 29,000 strong, working together across 1,500+ pet care centers, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics, eight distribution centers and two support centers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of learners to create learning solutions that address business needs. (10%)

• Collaborate with the Talent Development Team and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences. (15%)

• Design and develop learning solutions in a variety of modalities and authoring tools, to include e-learning courses, leader and participant guides, process documentation, infographics and job aids. (30%)

• Evaluate learning experiences to ensure they achieve desired results. (5%)

• Update and improve existing learning content based on feedback from learners, subject matter experts and project sponsors. (15%)

• Build course content/components into the Learning Management System, Workday Learning. (10%)

• Prioritize and accomplish multiple projects and tasks within established timeframes. (15%)
