Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a qualified, part-time, non-benefited Introduction to Massage Fundamentals Instructor to teach in the Massage Therapy Program in Springfield at the LLCC-Medical District.
Instructors will be responsible for the following:

- Provide quality instruction and classroom management.
- Make recommendations to appropriate parties for updates/changes as needed to maintain currency of the class/program.
- Maintain accurate records and submit records/data by due dates.
- Develop syllabus, quizzes, exams, and other course materials.
- Use online portal to access instructor resources.
Instructor’s pay will range $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience and education. This program is held 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. so evening availability is required.
Position Requirements
Instructors must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Must hold a valid Illinois Massage Therapy License.
- Three years of working experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
- Teaching experience preferred but not required.
- NCBTMB Certification preferred.
- Candidates must be available in the evenings.
