As a Sales Enablement Trainer within our Global Learning Experience team, you will support our North America Inside Sales organization. You will be responsible for delivery of face to face and remote training but will also be involved in some global operations and training creation. Your manager and 3 other members of your team are based in other locations around EMEAR & APAC. Our fast growing global Inside Sales organization, which covers all DS solutions and all industries like biotech, aerospace and electric vehicles is a major contributor to our global business.

Role Description & ResponsibilitiesThe Americas HUB Learning Experience Expert plays a pivotal role in both delivering new employee on-boarding training and maintaining up-to-date training content for various roles within our dynamic and fast-paced Americas HUB organization, including Business Developers, Inside Sales Experts, Sales Operations, and Industry Process Consultants.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Deliver comprehensive on-boarding training for all new employees in the Americas HUB organization.
- Specialize and take ownership of training content relevant to one of the roles within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with your Learning expert team, subject matter experts and the Worldwide Director of the assigned role specialization to ensure training material remains current and effective.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for employees worldwide within your area of specialization.
- Create and deliver custom training for Worldwide HUB events as required.
- Be an active member of the Global HUB Learning Experience team, reporting to the Global Learning Experience Expert Manager.
*Compensation for the this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $105,000 and $125,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
- BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, coaching or Teaching
- Experience with creating e-learning content (RISE 360 or storyline is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Experience in the engineering or CAD industry is desirable.
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
