Job Description
Under limited supervision, this position provides welding instruction and non-credit program oversight. Some classroom instruction is required. Training outcome checklist is provided.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old;
  • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent; and
  • Prior Welding experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal relations skills and the ability to provide guidance in the shop.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Computer skills sufficient to conduct timesheet and basic student data entry.
  • Bilingual/Multilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a multicultural and underserved populations.
