Position Summary
The University of Memphis is seeking a postdoctoral research associate to work on research-driven Cybersecurity projects at the Center for Information Assurance (CfIA). Candidates are expected to have research interests in information and cyber security. The post-doctoral researcher will be responsible for the implementation of grant project-related tasks, work with graduate students, and reviewing experimental models.
The successful candidate will be working at NSA/DHS-funded Center for Information Assurance (CfIA) and will be joining a department with active research groups in all major areas of computer science, who are involved in more than $20M Dollars federally funded research projects. Apart from working on world-class cyber security research, the CfIA provides training and career development services for students and professionals through online and hands-on training and community events, special purpose conferences, and vendor specific training programs. The center administers two graduate certificates in cyber security, one from Computer Science Department and the other from Business Information Technology Departments as the University fully appreciates the importance of the subject in the midst of the digital age. Minimum Position Qualifications
- Required qualifications include a Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

This 12-month Post Doc position is renewable based on performance and availability of sponsored research funding.
