Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri is seeking qualified applicants for the position of
Assistant Professor of Mathematics. This is a full-time tenure-track position beginning in the
fall of 2019. Course assignments will range from developmental math and general education math to coursework for math majors. Participation in undergraduate research is expected through advising and/or formal teaching duties. A strong commitment to academic advising is expected. Professional activity in the MAA and/or NCTM is encouraged.
A Ph.D. in mathematics or related field or Ed.D. in mathematics education is required, but ABD may be considered (must have 18+ graduate credit hours in mathematics regardless of degree). Must have the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues and have a strong commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education and experiential learning.
