Location: Indianapolis, IN-Hybrid opportunity

Responsible for managing the enterprise-wide efforts of the Foundation to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy, values, and business objectives.

How you will make an Impact;

• Foundation operation and reporting.
• Technical support and implementation of grants management system.
• Administers associate engagement programs at the state level, includes (but isn’t limited to) matching gifts, associate giving campaign, Dollars for Doers and scholarship programs.
• Facilitates large scale nonprofit Request for Proposals (RFPs) to address the most socially vulnerable populations and drive specific health improvement measures to address health disparities.
• Grant implementation and progress reporting.
• Provides education to drive associate engagement and volunteer efforts.
• Identifies leadership training needs.
• Budget management and grant payment scheduling.
• Manages national nonprofit partnerships and relationships.
• Develops, executes, and monitors a comprehensive leadership training plan for executives relative to social responsibility and community engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related area; a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, associate involvement or leadership training; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Sophisticated knowledge of the health care industry strongly preferred
• Nonprofit management experience/understanding
• Travel; up to 20% may be required
