Manage the Departments "Blackboard" sites. Prepare examinations for multiple instructors and courses/disciplines. Grade papers and exams for multiple instructors and courses/disciplines. Develop the Information Technology Specialist, Applied Business and Applied Accounting Department internet site. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: UA student enrolled in 6 or more credits with 2.0 GPA or higher. Preference will be given to those who are eligible for Federal Work Study as determined by the UAF Financial Aid Office and those who are current students in the department/unit. Knowledge of office practices and procedures, proficient use of computers (including word processing), and good organizational skills. Ability to be flexible, to effectively and in a professional manner work with faculty, staff, student, and visitors to UAF Community and Technical College locations. Ability to work independently and ability to maintain confidentiality are necessary.
