Roosevelt University’s Human Resources Management program seek adjunct instructors to teach various daytime courses in a face-to-face modality for the Fall 2025 semester with expertise in teaching one or more of the following areas:
- Introduction to HR
- Strategic Compensation Management
- Recruiting and Staffing
- Labor Relations Management
- Industrial Relations Management
Courses for Management include:
Roosevelt University’s Management program seek adjunct instructors to teach various daytime courses in a face-to-face modality for the Fall 2025 semester with expertise in teaching one or more of the following areas:
- Ethical Leadership & Corporate Social Responsibility
- Organization Behavior

The salary range for this position is $3,982 – $6,005 per 3 Semester Course (Dependent on Union Step).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- M.S. degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or closely related field.
- Experience teaching human resources courses in higher education.
- Professional experience working in a Human Resources capacity in an organization.

- College level teaching experience.
- Experience teaching entry level courses.
- Experience teaching industrial certificate courses.
- PhD in Human Resources or related field for teaching graduate courses.

Basic office/classroom equipment (desktop computer, laptop, overhead projector, office copier). Blackboard, Microsoft applications
Working Conditions
Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. Job is largely sedentary, but there is a need to move about the office and buildings frequently. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling is required (typically less than 10 pounds).
