Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Handles cases related to fee schedules for workers' compensation and auto insurance received through Salesforce.
Works in Salesforce to keep tickets up to date.
Ensures compliance with fee schedules and state reporting.
- Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1- 2 Years of Experience with Workers' Comp and Fee Schedules
- CPT/HCPCS Coding knowledge required
- General Medical Industry (Worker's Compensation or Auto a plus)
- Knowledge and understanding of basic Medical Billing practices and rules.
- Ability to change tasks/systems frequently.
