About the Role and the Department*
As demand for our service grows, we’re looking for a Senior Associate to support our volunteers and partners to get the most out of their Catchafire experience. The Volunteer Programs Senior Associate will elevate our partnerships work through providing support on communications, program marketing and storytelling, event planning, and ongoing engagement initiatives.

This position reports to the Director of Volunteer Programs.
Attributes

  • Strong organizational skills: You can prioritize and triage quickly while keeping track of each moving part. You work systematically and thoughtfully, utilizing systems and processes to help you accomplish your goals effectively.
  • Strong creativity: You are able to “connect the dots” of a narrative and bring stories to life with enthusiasm. You enjoy speaking with volunteers and nonprofit leaders alike, and are able to render words and experiences into easy-to-share formats to inspire others.
