Are you detail oriented and customer service driven, with a professional phone demeanor? Are you a critical thinker and fast problem solver? Are you passionate about the value of education and want to help students take advantage of financial aid resources? Then you are the candidate we are seeking as a Financial Aid Advisor for our Brookfield location.

Job Details

This is a customer service position where you will be assisting a diverse student population, most frequently via phone as well as some email. In this role you will guide students through the financial aid process and help them understand their funding options. You will assist them in completing the FAFSA and processing awards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will demonstrate the Herzing values represented by our P.R.I.C.E. of Success model (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Caring, and Engagement).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Title IV Administration experience preferred
