JOB SummaryServe as a SIGINT (SI) and Electronic Warfare (EW) Analyst SME to teach, develop, maintain, and update SIGINT training materials and content to meet customer training requirements located in San Diego, California and/or Savannah, Georgia. will instruct on special operations SI/EW procedures to include survey, collection, dissemination, both tethered and un-tethered and precision geo-location.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to instruct processes on targeting networks, individuals within networks, precision-geolocation operations, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
- Possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively instructing SIGINT processes and providing walk though guidance of tools and applications.
- Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support training and product development.
- Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
- Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Education
- A minimum of two (2) years' Digital Forensics and Digital Media Exploitation experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in commercial communications infrastructure characterization.
- Familiarity and/or experience in how SIGINT operations are conducted in the maritime environment.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in declared theater of active armed conflict (DTAAC) SIGINT/Electronic Warfare operations, to include SIGINT/Electronic Warfare equipment operations.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience conducting relevant scenarios in which SOF specific program of record (POR) equipment was employed in support of Unit, Theater, and National mission requirements.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience operating USSOCOM JTWS POR Equipment in multiple environments.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience conducting analysis or operations in support of SOF targeting cycles and how SIGINT is defined within each level of planning.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience within the Intelligence Community writ large, to include experience with Classification Guidance, as well as NSA requirements for access and dissemination of Intelligence products.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience operating and maintaining Wave Relay systems, including, but not limited to Wave Relay 4 and Wave Relay 5.
- National Security Agency Databases with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in developing curriculum for SIGINT analysis courses.
- Relocate to Southern California.
- MODE 1 and 3 Remote Operator
Preferred Qualifications and Education
- Former SOF EW
- MODE 1 and 3 Remote Instructor
- Teaching experience
- Maritime analytical experience preferably supporting SOF missions.
- Master Training Specialist Qualification or comparable service component
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
- Possess in-scope TS/SCI Security Clearance Eligibility
- Must be a US Citizen
- Possess an in-scope counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Support exercise requirements outside of normal working hours
