The Desktop Support Analyst will be an integral part of our rapidly growing IT team,working helpdesk tickets via email, phone, and in-person, assisting withdepartmental projects, and be able to problem-solve and seek out assistance fromother team members if needed. They will be efficient and comfortable being amember of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining structure, organization, and managing the triaging tickets that come into our help desksystem, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, agood problem solver, has a positive attitude, and is extremely organized.

This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) and hours will be an 8 hour shift sometime between 7 am PST and 6 pm PST.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain asset management, ordering and shipping ofequipment and hardware.
  • Manage and maintain licensing.
  • Assist with imaging, repairing and shipping laptops.
  • Create new user accounts in Office 365
  • Work 50-60 help desk tickets per week, via email, phone or in person. Providedetailed and efficient notes
  • Assist with weekly new hire setups when the IT Onboarding Team needsassistance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in a user and systems support role
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012+
  • Experience supporting email systems & client software (Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Office 365, Exchange, Azure and Azure AD
  • Experience supporting cloud based VOIP systems
  • Ability to respond to help desk requests in a professional and courteousmanner
  • Exceptional organizational skill with strong attention to detail

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $35.00 to $40.00 hourly, which equates to $72,800 to $83,200 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
