The Payer Solutions Manager position leads a team in identifying and escalating trending payer issues, preparing analytics and spreadsheets to support the client(s), and aiding in the overall streamlining of processes for the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Day to day activities, management and oversight of Payer Solutions department - this includes ensuring communication to team on overall communication on projects, activities, goals and metrics related to department and within the larger AR
• Inventory management - ensuring adherence to monthly/quarterly goals and documentation and action plans to goals when unable to meet
• Movement and identification of trends within the AR and management
• Development of the people within the department
• Drive meetings with payers, the client and other entities

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare manager/leadership position experience
• 3+ years of experience with payer knowledge
• 3+ years of experience within the healthcare revenue cycle space

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
