Currently we are seeking individuals who will provide superior customer service and who possess an energetic personality to field inbound calls from students as well as partner with current, former and future students to assist them through CLC’s enrollment process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing calls to current students supporting them through registration, setting up payment plans, applications etc.
Managing calls to former students to help with re-enrollment.
Answering phones and updating student information.
Partnering with the College and Career Navigators by providing outreach to current and prospective students and scheduling tasks/assisting students with their next steps.
Use Target X database to follow up with current and prospective students.
Customer Service Representatives may also participate in onsite events held by the department and complete other tasks as assigned.
-Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum 6 credits for Spring
-Attach an availability schedule with application
Ability to work afternoons and evenings.
Total Hours per week10-20
Monday-Thursday between 3pm to 7:30pm with some mornings.
