Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and is capable of turning data around to meet strict client needs. They must have a strong sense of ownership, attention to details, and be capable of engaging with other teams for escalations and follow up.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively determine if generated billing and data files are accurate.
  • Respond to client and management requests relating to billing data issues.
  • Identifies, distinguishes, and analyzes multiple components of a problem and then makes conclusions.
  • Work with other system/data owners to identify and solve issues that arise.
  • Pull data from different source systems for analysis.
  • Analyze, compare and validate accuracy of billing data.
  • Compare billing data to client data to determine variances.
  • Creates solutions, or works with business partners to formulate and justify appropriate solutions and/or changes.
  • Follow-up and escalate items when appropriate.
  • Create and improve quality processes for billing configurations.
  • Create or update process documentation.
  • Organize tasks, deliverables and escalations in Salesforce.
  • Work with other teams to onboard new customers.
  • Interact with other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications.
  • Ability to participate and lead client facing calls, with both verbal and written communication skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis, billing, and/or Account Receivable experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
  • Power Query, Salesforce, Netsuite and SQL skills are a plus.
  • Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to own processes and drive for improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $64,180.00 - $95,000.00 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
