Digital Imaging Specialist

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing color options for properties such as apartments, commercial buildings, and Home Owner Associations. This is done by utilizing software and equipment to create images that can be given to customers to show color possibilities. This position takes into consideration all aspects of color including appropriate use of color with regards to the region of county and style of architecture. This also includes color matching and palette development. This position will also work with HOA sales representatives to obtain color information for their customers and maintain that information in an archive. In addition, it will create Color Books for HOA customers, and assist with adding new exterior schemes to their communities. Added responsibilities include updating and organizing the resource library, along with ordering replacement color chips.

Position Requirements - Marketing District Specialist

Experience

Required:

  • Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a high school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
  • Must have basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to operate a camera.
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees and customers.
  • Must have basic time management skills to organize daily planning.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable programs.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a design-related field.
