The research assistant participates in experimental research focusing on studying host innate immune responses as a barrier ro cross-species retrovirus transmission in the non-human primates.

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biology preferred

Basic mammalian cell culture experience, DNA cloning, and molecular biology experience. Experience in viral pseudotyping and drug screening assays preferred.

1 year of research lab experience desired.
