Summary of Position

Under the supervision of a designated manager, assume a diverse range of program responsibilities to include:
  • Demonstrate independent judgment in adherence to University and departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Focus on financial and ethical integrity
  • Proficiently and confidentially handle administrative tasks
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Willing to learn a comprehensive understanding of institute operations and policies, specifically in financial realms.
  • Attention to detail in a multifaceted work environment

Required Qualifications

High school graduation and five years of related experience involving duties of increasing responsibility requiring discretion and independent judgment, or Associate’s Degree and three years of related experience, or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to five years.

Strong organizational skills.

Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, database management) Adobe Pro, and other software applications as required by the hiring department/unit.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Business and/or marketing
Experience in a college/university work environment.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the general public.
