2. Supervisory experience.

- Provide experienced programmatic support to the Sustainability Institute and its affiliated programs, including communicating general program information, scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, and organizing travel.
- Field questions, phone calls, and general e-mails; represent the Institute at on-campus events as required.

- Provide experienced administrative support to the Executive Director and the leadership team, managing complex calendars and scheduling, coordinating meeting and travel arrangements, booking meeting space, catering, and related arrangements, and preparing necessary documents and agendas as required.

- Work with colleagues to provide timely financial backup, travel reimbursements, honoraria and related administrative duties.
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring of UNHSI budgets as assigned.

- Provide general office management, such as communicating office policies and procedures, purchasing and managing use of shared office supplies, and typing and distributing agendas, meeting notes, and reports as needed.
