Email Marketing Program Sr. Coordinator (Fixed Term)

Responsibilities:

Support the Email Marketing Program Manager in daily email operations. These include but are not limited to email calendar management, deliverable routing, collaboration with key stakeholders, customer segment and count management, QA process management, ensuring legal regulations are being followed, data feed coordination, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform management, vendor/partner liaison, and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, and/or equivalent experience in a related role

  • 8+ years of CRM and email marketing experience

  • 5+ years of CRM and email project management experience in supervisory role

  • In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS

  • SFMC proficiency - must demonstrate hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM technology within SFMC in the last two years

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing complex lifecycle marketing programs in the direct-to-consumer enterprise-level electronics space

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous agency experience related to email preferred

  • Proficiency in email marketing analytics and reporting tools

  • Previous experience with ASANA and Wrike

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Deep understanding of email marketing data privacy and spam regulations in US and CAN

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • SMS/text-enabled marketing experience

  • Experienced in serving as the primary point of contact for production responsibilities, with a firm understanding of when escalations may be necessary

  • Demonstrate exceptional organization skills to independently oversee daily and weekly tasks across various departments, ensuring the timely completion of all deadlines

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of triggers and ensure that all nuances are appropriately understood and documented

  • Proficient in quality assurance for all deliverables, offering prompt and relevant feedback when course correction is required

  • Skilled in providing reporting as requested using ESP data and other relevant platforms

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $84,000 to $95,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a limited benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), vacation time, and eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually.
