Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Initiatives to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience in Nonprofit Management and/or Public Health. As the Director of Strategic Research, you will help lead the creation, execution, and assessment of inventive programs to meet the evolving requirements of free and charitable clinics and their patients. Identify and secure funding, grants, and partnerships to sustain FAFCC's strategic endeavors. Utilize data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and convey outcomes to stakeholders. Develop and execute communication strategies to increase awareness of FAFCC's mission and engage stakeholders across multiple platforms.

 

Responsibilities;

  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support FAFCC's strategic initiatives and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of FAFCC's mission, programs, and impact, and engage stakeholders through various channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, funders, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization's impact and reach.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative programs and initiatives to address the evolving needs of free and charitable clinics and their patients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to staff in a supervisory capacity to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and programs using data-driven metrics and feedback to assess impact.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team and other stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the organization, representing its interests at external events, conferences, meetings, etc.
  • Lead various committees, including but not limited to Quality & Data and the Education & Training Committees.
  • Collaborate with team members on planning and implementation of the annual conference; monitoring the State Funds Grant Program. and supporting the CEO in special projects.

Work location:

This position is a virtual, but must be a resident of Florida. Occasional travel within the state is required.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
