Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The Program Management Specialist in the College of Education- Human Development and Quantitative Methodology (HDQM) supports the programmatic and administrative functions of the department.
This position provides administrative support to the chair and directors of the department, as well as support for initiatives regarding scheduling and events, APT, overseeing the reception area of the HDQM business office, and more. Duties for this position include scheduling, collection of course syllabi, event coordination, travel administration, office management, and administrative work.
This is a full-time in person role.

- Bachelors degree

- Two years experience in administrative staff work.

- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities under tight deadlines while performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while working with individuals across all levels of the organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.
- Ability to take inventory, and carry out ordering with outside vendors
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with Drupal
- Experience with the university APT process
