Description

Responsible of the advisement and registration of student athletes, assisting with the academic eligibility certification process, and monitoring the educational progress of student athletes.

Duties

1. Primarily responsible for the advisement and registration of student athletes in accordance with EMCC and NJCAA guidelines;
2. Coordinates with coaching staff to monitor and report educational progress of student athletes;
3. Monitors the educational development of student athletes to insure the adherence to academic guidelines expected of NCAA and 4-year institutions

Qualifications and Required Documents

Education: Masters degree required

Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication skills

Work Experience include required number of years documented experience in a comparable/related position: 2 years of relevant work experience required

Other Qualifications: proficient knowledge of NJCAA and NCAA eligibility regulations
