We are seeking an Audiovisual Technician with excellent communication skills to help us grow our collaborative capabilities in support of shifting mission requirements. Our team integrates innovative communication solutions into conference rooms and specialized facilities. We desire a customer focused individual to help our team provide our customers the best and most flexible platform to interact with stakeholders.
As an Audiovisual Technician...
- Your primary responsibility will be providing top tier customer service
- You will assist users in scheduling, configuring, and setting up meeting spaces as needed to ensure a quality experience
- You will troubleshoot technical issues within the meeting spaces proactively and as required
- You will schedule, setup, and breakdown unclassified and classified video teleconferences
Qualifications
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
- Possess experience communicating with all levels of staff and clients
- Have a customer service orientation and are able to exercise tact and discretion in addressing user questions and problems
- Possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience to arrange the logistics, and setup and operate a wide variety of audiovisual and telecommunications equipment
- Understand video-teleconferencing technology and platforms
- Are able to obtain Secret level security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
- Have worked with classified video teleconferencing architecture and understand the varied connection protocols.
- Hold an active Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
