Job Description

The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house and landings meet Omni standards.

Responsibilities
    Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
  • Assigns special assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Reports any repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms or turndown
  • Ensures that all GRAs have appropriate supplies and linens.
  • Assists in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary, including providing turndown service
  • Assists in processing AM and PM room status reports.
  • Ensures that the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.
  • Ensures that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
  • Check discrepancy rooms
  • Check departures and update status throughout the shift
  • Actively walk Public Space every hour for cleanliness. High traffic areas on lobby level with many outlets.
  • Ensure guest requests are delivered within 10 minutes.
  • Able to run the coordinator position with high level of technology usage
Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work with management on special projects
  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
  • Must be able to use general computer programs
  • Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed
