Class Description

The purpose of this position is to assist academic departments with program development, advisement, interpretation and implementation of CCBC policies and procedures.


Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field.  Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s required, master’s degree preferred. Two (2) years of full time experience working in higher education, preferably in a community college setting. Experience helping new students transition into a college setting and academic advising experience preferred.


Positions will be located on our Catonsville, Dundalk, Essex and Owings Mills campus'.
