Position Summary

 

Salary: $44,333 to $61,480 based on ACCS Board of Trustees Salary Schedule E2 03 and experience

The Dual Enrollment Coordinator works closely with the Director of Dual Enrollment to administer, coordinate, and develop learning opportunities offered through dual enrollment for the College’s service area. The Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with the registration, recruitment, and dual enrollment activities on campus and in the high schools.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

1. Coordinates the registration process for dual credit students, including initial enrollment and course registration processes in consultation with the institutional division.

2. Travels throughout the College’s service area to maintain relationships with the area high schools.

3. Communicates regularly with high school counselors regarding program information, changes, and student concerns.

4. Ensures the dual enrollment information shared through the College’s website and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is up to date and appropriate.

5. Disseminates information about available dual credit classes to counselors, students, and parents prior to each registration period.

6. Provides advising and career path information to students.

7. Helps conduct an academic early alert system for dual enrollment students, to include communicating results to counselors and students.

8. Works with the business office to ensure timely distribution of invoices requested by high schools and payment of tuition by students.

9. Leverages technology, such as Excel, to efficiently maintain shared data sources with internal and external stakeholders.

10. Conducts parent/student information sessions to discuss all aspects of the College’s dual credit program.

11. Works with the dual enrollment team to prepare dual credit informational materials.

12. Educates faculty and staff about program features and objectives.

13. Supports the Director of Dual Enrollment in the initiation, periodic review, and completion of dual enrollment agreements.

14. Provides general assistance in the Enrollment Services department.

15. Serves on committees as requested.

16. Performs other related job duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Experience: Three years of full-time related work experience in a high school and/or college setting required

Licenses: None
