Bilingual Receptionist job details include:
Starting at $18/hr.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm
Handle all reception duties including screening, answering, and directing incoming phone calls. Receive incoming and coordinate outgoing mail and deliveries, request, and update courier pick-ups. Greet customers or clients, while maintaining employee phone list, and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate and maintain office supplies. Prepare materials and compile data and anticipate needs based on current priorities. Qualified candidates will be fluent in English / Spanish and have one year of related experience.
