The Test and Evaluation Management Lead develops test strategy, test plans and integration of OT&E oversight with developmental testing. Implement test-oriented development and automated testing in support of efficient DevSecOps methodology. Support the Navy ERP PMW220 APM T&E with concentration on Test and Evaluation oversight and coordination for all ERP Next Gen test efforts internal and external. Review and assess all Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Reports executed within Development and Functional environments; Develop Test Plans and Test Cases for Quality Testing and System Integration Testing events; Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) including development of TRR checklists; Support defect creation (and resolution) of issues identified during testing; maintain test case execution status; Ensure test plans/events comply with appropriate requirement design specification and business rules; Ensure Test planning includes both positive and negative test conditions.

Salary: $125,000+ to align with education and experience
