Janitor / Porter STRIP AND WAX FLOOR PERSON
Job Description
Federal Contractor seeing experienced FLOOR PERSON WHO CAN STRIP AND WAX AND BUFF FLOORS who will also be a Janitor/ Porter to work on Government Site in San Diego CA.Candidate must pass a Government background check and drug test.
Candidate must be Reliable and Dependable. The ability to follow management assignments and complete tasks as instructed.
Positive attitude and willing to cooperate and work well with others.
Skills and Experience Required:
Floor Experience- Stripping and Waxing and Buffing floors using a floor machine.
Must know how to lay down wax, prepare the floor, lay down stripping fluid, clean up and experience in various floor machines.
Janitorial work includes:
Garbage removal - needs to lift 20 lbs with no issues
Dusting - High dusting and low dusting - Glass cleaning
Floors - sweep and mop and vacuume
Experience with Floor Scrubbing machine a plus
Bathroom Disinfection - replenish paper
