Duties```
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your duties will include:
- Managing the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Managing employee relations issues and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Implementing process improvements to streamline HR operations.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or Kronos.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and familiarity with payroll software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in training development is a plus.
