Position Salary Range: $62,053.02 - $78,606.90
Starting Pay: Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $62,053.02 - $70,329.96, Full Time, Exempt
 
Schedule: Full Time
Onsite 50%, Remote 50%
Monday- Friday, 9 am- 5 pm, with occasional evening/ weekend availability for presentations
  • Schedule subject to change based on operational needs

In this role you will implement and manage one or more regional education programs and provide leadership, education, and public relations support for the region(s). You will know you are successful when your programs’ goals are met and your community and relationship building lead to improved access to sex education and sexual healthcare.
 
Snapshot:
Your days will be split between personnel management, meeting with communities and individuals, virtual and in-person groups, and 1:1 facilitation of various sexual health lessons for a variety of audience levels. You will work flexible hours with occasional weekends and evenings.
 
Qualifications: You are very comfortable discussing sexuality and delivering curricula. You have strong organizational skills and you consistently communicate ethically and effectively. You may have worked at Planned Parenthood or have other related human service experience. You hold an associate’s or bachelor's degree or come to us with equivalent experience. You may be bi- or multi-lingual. You have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and have used web-based analytic platforms previously.

      • Implement & Manage Regional Education Programs: Your focus is on the outstanding implementation of one or more education programs, ensuring outcomes and objectives of the programs are met, data is collected and analyzed, budgets are maintained, and work progresses.
      • Contribute to a Strong and Effective Team: You are a collaborative member of a team oriented toward meeting internal goals and supporting the agency in meeting its broader goals and outcomes. Salary : $62,053.02 - $70,329.96 a year
