Human Resources Analyst
Job Description
Work with the best HR team around! The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will work with the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources to collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations including but not limited to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.
The HR Analyst works closely with key stakeholders and must have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse constituencies. This role is of a personal and confidential nature. It is essential to exercise discretion in all matters, adhere precisely to legally required constraints, and follow College policies and procedures.
