Families First of Minnesota has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Generalist. The individual in this position reports to the Human Resources Director and is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources Department including but not limited to recruiting, benefits administration, orientation and onboarding of employees and Human Resources Administrative functions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's, Associate's or Technical College Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred. The individual in this position must be detail-oriented and be highly organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software programs preferred.
