Position: Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor

Your Impact:

As the Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining treatment plans and care for the children and families served by our case management contract. Providing guidance, supervision, and evaluation of our Case Managers, you'll ensure the highest standards of service delivery, making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise 6-10 Foster Care Case Managers, ensuring compliance with Missouri's Child Welfare Manual, FCCM contract, Practice Updates, and ECH's COA standards.
  • Facilitate team meetings on a weekly/bimonthly schedule, actively participating in quarterly Standards and Practices meetings.
  • Provide scheduled, weekly supervision with Case Managers, assessing permanency goals and supporting their professional development.
  • Monitor case managers' performance, including timeliness of paperwork, reports, appointments, and data entry.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, effectively communicating critical information to the team.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with internal and external customers, including FCCM contract holder MAPP, Children's Division Oversight Staff, families, and community partners.
  • Attend required internal and external trainings, continuously growing in your role and fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field; or a bachelor's degree in one of these areas with a willingness to pursue a Master's degree.
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience and three years of experience in the human services field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St. Louis, MO 63146: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
