Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to student outcomes, faculty, and institutional effectiveness.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to generate reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive evidence-based decision making.
 
Curriculum Design and Development:
  • Work with the Institutional Effectiveness Team to collaborate with academic departments and faculty to design, assess, and enhance curricula to meet accreditation standards and institutional goals.
  • Maintain the curriculum assessment plan to measure the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Provide support in curriculum mapping and alignment.
 
Institutional Assessment:
  • Coordinate the assessment of institutional goals and learning outcomes to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of surveys, focus groups, and other assessment tools.
  • Analyze and report on assessment data to support continuous improvement efforts.
 
Report Generation and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on institutional performance, assessment results, and curriculum changes.
  • Maintain documentation related to assessment, curriculum design, and research activities.
 
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative units to facilitate the integration of assessment and research into decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison with accreditation bodies and external stakeholders on matters related to institutional research and assessment.
 
Professional Development:
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in institutional research, assessment, and curriculum design.
  • Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
 
Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

 

Required Education: 

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Statistics, Higher Education Administration).
  • Previous experience in institutional research, assessment, and curriculum design.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes and standards (e.g., regional accrediting bodies).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.

 

Passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required as a condition of employment.
