Job Description

 

Duties


- Oversee all financial operations and activities of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

 

Skills


Strong fiscal management skills to effectively manage the organization's financial resources
- Proficiency in investment management to optimize returns on investments
- Experience in accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Expertise in cost accounting to analyze and control costs within the organization
- Ability to interpret financial reports and provide insights for decision-making
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
- Previous experience in public accounting is preferred
- Proficiency in treasury management to effectively manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk

 

 

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $90,538.00 - $94,196.00 per year
