Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and facilitate learning in the assigned subject area(s)
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance instructional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific subject area(s) being taught
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs or language barriers
- Familiarity with learning technologies and their integration into instruction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners
- Effective classroom management skills to create a positive and productive learning environment
- Experience in teacher coaching or mentoring is a plus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Prior experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
