Posting Summary | The Program Coordinator II will provide administrative support to post grant management functions, working collaboratively with programs and financial supervisors. This position will be an integral member of the team that applies for, receives, and administers grants, as well as supporting business operations of the Center and its various grant funded programs. The Program Coordinator II position is central to the Community Leadership Center’s efforts to manage multiple grants and projects and will work closely with administrators and the fiscal unit at the Center. This role is a critical interface with administrative and program staff at the Center and requires frequent communication with multiple external parties including consultants, vendors, staff, and other organizations that are working with the Center. The Program Coordinator II supports a variety of grant management functions including tracking and monitoring for compliance functions, supporting the grant management processes and increasing efficiencies. A central function is to support budgetary processes by assisting with budget development, expense tracking and supporting fiscal activities like payroll, budget reconciliations and report preparation. As part of the grant support functions, this position will assist with the general administrative services including scheduling meetings, maintaining notes and documentation and assisting with the preparation and distribution of correspondence and communications materials. The Community Leadership Center (CLC) is a service and research center at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey’s Camden Campus. Its mission is to foster understanding and acceptance of providing new organizational environments and strategies; and to build bridges and partnership among urban communities, academia, and organizations for dealing with race relations and urban development. This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it. |

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
