Community Assistant
Job Description
Performs diverse administrative, secretarial and outreach duties for the Community Wellness Program under the direction of the Director.
General Job Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- At least 1 year of administrative and/or clerical-related experiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Strong command of computer-based skills and technology including Microsoft Office products, internet research, and database management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
- Self-starter and ability to problem-solve
- Ability to travel throughout community
