Position Summary
The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Business invites applications for non-tenure system faculty position(s) in the Department Finance.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Non-tenure system faculty in the College of Business Administration teach courses to undergraduate and/or graduate students in their field of expertise and provide service to their department, college, and/or campus. Additionally, non-tenure system faculty at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, and Clinical Professor make intellectual contributions to their discipline through basic or applied research and/or activities that translate disciplinary scholarship to a professional audience.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
For consideration for all ranks, a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant professional experience or training.
For consideration for the rank of Lecturer, a Master's degree is additionally required.
For consideration for the rank of Teaching Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate Professor, or Teaching Professor a terminal degree (PhD) in business or field related to the teaching domain is required.
For consideration for the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor a terminal degree (PhD) in a relevant field is additionally required.
