JOB TITLE: Associate Director of Operations
EMPLOYER: A Safe Haven Foundation
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: VP of Operations
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 9, 2023
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing the organization’s ISO, Shared Services Organization and other areas of the organization’s operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages organization’s ISO (International Organization for Standardization)
- Manages Shared Services Organization and report on it to VP of Operations
- Assists Operations teams across the organization with rolling out TQM
- Co-manages AmeriCorps Vista program with Associate Director of Operations
- Contributes operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Communicates updated Operations policies with staff
- Works with all ASHF Departments to update their SOPs
- Oversees Health & Safety operations and lead the health & safety committee
- Works with Operations and IT to build out Departments’ metrics dashboards
