Executive Director

The Executive Director will serve as the visionary and operational leader of RISE | Southeast, guiding the organization's strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, and driving comprehensive community impact. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the betterment of Southeast Colorado Springs and the greater Colorado Springs and El Paso communities..

Responsibilities Include:

• Strategic Planning
• Operations Management
• Resource Development
• Community Engagement and Advocacy
• Team Management and Development
• Collaborative Partnerships
• Organizational Communication, and
• Financial Stewardship.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar setting, preferably with a focus on underserved communities.
• Track record of successful resource development, fundraising, and partnership cultivation.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and community engagement.
• Familiarity with community needs, equity issues, and advocacy strategies.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
