The Department of Biological Sciences at Lehigh University invites outstanding candidates to apply for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor in the area of Cell Biology, effective August 2024. Eligible applicants must hold a Ph.D. Biology or a directly related field at the time of employment and have at least one year of postdoctoral research experience.

Within a multidisciplinary and collaborative research environment both in the department and across the university, the successful candidate is expected to 1) develop an internationally recognized and extramurally funded research program, 2) participate in the department’s Ph.D. program in biology, and 3) contribute to the department’s excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching. Research programs in any model system are welcome.
