Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide administrative, recruitment and project-related assistance to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and People & Culture (P&C) team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work with the People & Culture Administrative team including student workers who provide support to this role.

Responsibilities*

Responsible for coordination of all steps associated with the interviewing and hiring processes for the Talent Acquisition team. Provide logistical recruitment support for OUD and campus partners in the development community. This includes:

  • Providing logistical support for final interviews of the screening and interview process
  • Corresponding with candidates by phone and email providing excellent customer service.
  • Working with Finance and Administration to submit candidate expense and reimbursement reports promptly.
  • Managing all candidate information through the interview process in the Applicant Tracking System, in electronic files and on recruiters' calendars.
  • Preparing recruitment correspondence (i.e., offer letters, promotion letters) and related onboarding materials.
  • Providing administrative support to Associate Director of Talent Pipeline programs for the Development Summer Internship Program.
  • Helping with scheduling recruiting events, running reports, and onboarding of interns.
  • Managing student workers, including training, delegation of work, and daily support.
  • Managing P&C team's marketing communication vehicles for both internal and external development community.

Required Qualifications*

  • High school education or equivalent  and two or more years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Project management skills
  • Experienced PC user; Windows-based software, experience with Word and Excel required, and Google Mail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.
  • Work and communicate with diverse staff at all levels, while operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of material that is sensitive in nature.
