Position Summary | As a postdoctoral researcher in our lab, one will involve in the development of novel MRI techniques aimed at pushing the boundaries of spatial resolution, temporal resolution, and robustness in submillimeter functional and diffusion MRI. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Innovative technique development: Design and implement cutting-edge MR pulse sequences tailored for submillimeter fMRI and dMRI. 2. Data acquisition and analysis: Conduct rigorous data acquisition experiments, optimizing protocols to capture high-quality imaging data. Apply advanced data analysis methods to extract meaningful insights from complex MRI datasets. 3. Publication and dissemination: Prepare high-impact research papers for publication in top-tier scientific journals. 4. Assist in grant acquisition: Collaborate with the team to secure extramural funding to support ongoing research endeavors, demonstrating the significance and potential impact of the proposed research. 5. Training Grant Preparation: Take the initiative to draft training grant proposals, contributing to the mentorship and development of future researchers in the field. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | PhD or MD. |
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Advanced knowledge of radiation physics and radiation therapy/biology. |
